As part of the Louis Vuitton for UNICEF partnership and in continuation of the #MAKEAPROMISE campaign to raise donations for children in urgent need, Louis Vuitton adds four new colors of the Silver LockIt bracelet and launches its first DouDou Louis teddy bear. By purchasing the Silver LockIt and Doudou Louis, clients have the opportunity to help children in vulnerable situations. Inspired by the tumbler lock invented by Georges Vuitton in 1890 to protect clients’ most precious belongings, the Silver LockIt was chosen as a symbol of sealing one’s promise to help children at risk. Incorporating recycled silver and organic cotton cord for the first time, the four new bracelets feature the iconic padlock as well as the LV signature circular logo. In a rainbow of pastel colors, the DouDou Louis teddy bear is made from organically farmed cotton and is adorned with the signature Monogram textile with embroidered Monogram flower blue eyes.
