In commemoration of World Refugee Day, Professor Helen Storey reflects on her role as Artist in Residence at Za’atari Camp and the projects she has been developing with the women, men and families living in the UNHCR camp. Through garment making, jewellery design, perfume and soap creation, and make-up and beauty training, Helen’s project 'Dress For Our Time' continues evolving and demonstrating how fashion and art can be used as a powerful tool for social and economic development.
