At the Venice Biennale, Chanel honoured the winners of the CHANEL Next Prize.

The awardees arrived in Venice from seven countries across four continents. Each exhibits the creativity, courage and audacity to imagine the ideas of the future.

Chanel is privileged to provide each of them with the time and space to advance their practice.

The British actor Tilda Swinton, who judged the prize, said: "This is a time in our history when fresh thinking has never been more pressing. Each of these artists point us forward, and into the beyond."
