Tara Hack is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and film score composer from New York. She has over 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry working with high-profile companies including NBC Sports and the New York Philharmonic.
As a member of Musicians Under New York (MUNY), a subway-based music program, Tara has the opportunity to play for thousands of commuters daily. At the age of 18, Tara co-wrote a song entitled “Saya Tidak Bersalah” (I’m Not Guilty) about an Australian woman, Schapelle Corby, who was wrongfully imprisoned in Indonesia. The song quickly gained international airplay and the notice of Schapelle’s top supporters including her and her family. The song received radio airplay and was featured in The Sydney Morning Herald, Brisbane Times, and The Age of Melbourne. Australian radio personality, Richard Duncan, said about Tara Hack, “I believe she will take the world by storm, by combination of her beautiful voice and musical talent…She has a beautiful heart.”
